EcareMD will handle all patient questions concerning billing via our toll-free patient helpdesk number. Your patients can call EcareMD free of charge with any billing-related questions they may have. Our helpdesk representatives are available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST to promptly answer all patient billing inquiries. All calls placed outside standard helpdesk hours are directed to voicemail and returned by the next business day.

EcareMD provides its toll-free patient helpdesk number at no additional charge for all clients of its comprehensive billing and practice management solution.
